Japanese Plane Crash-Landed on Niihau in 1941
Japanese fighter pilot Shigenori Nishikaichi crash-landed on the tiny and remote Hawaiian island of Niihau while he was trying to fly back to his aircraft carrier after the December 7 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. One is a history book published in 1981 and the other is a historical novel published in April of 2006.Books About the Niihau Incident
