Gourmet Cooking Classes in Honolulu

Chef George Mavrothalassitis of Honolulu will offer cooking classes at his award winning Chef Mavro restaurant in Honolulu on June 24, September 23, and November 4, 2006. Chev Mavro will demonstrate preparing an appetizer, an entree, and dessert. At the end of the class, everyone will be seated with Chef Mavro in the dining room to enjoy a three course gourmet lunch with wines selected for each course. Similar classes will be offered by Chef Rodney Uyehara of the Bistro at Century Center on August 26 and November 11, 2006.
