Hawaii Volcanoes Cultural Festival: July 15
On Saturday, July 15, 2006 there will be a Hawaiian culture festival in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island of Hawaii, from 10 am to 3 pm. The festival is free, and it will include opportunities to learn Hawaiian crafts such as lei making, lauhala weaving, and feathercraft plus opportunities to learn how to throw a fishnet, build a canoe, do lomi lomi massage, make a Hawaiian dry-land sled, play Hawaiian musical instruments and taste typical Hawaiian food.Hawaii Volcanoes Cultural Festival
