Today I received a message from a 70 year old woman who was born and raised in Hawaii, but later relocated to the mainland United States. She has been craving a two-crust coconut pie she enjoyed while living in Hawaii and has been trying to find the recipe. I hope the double crusted Coconut Macaroon Pie in our Hawaiian Recipe Collection is exactly what she is looking for!
