The next chapter in the Hawaii inter-island airfare war: Go! Airlines is offering inter-island airfares $10 cheaper then their already bargain-basement $39 one-way fare for flights between Honolulu and the neighbor islands. Tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, August 1, 2006 and travel must be completed by September 30, 2006. Go! Airlines bought full-page newspaper ads in some of today's Hawaii newspapers announcing the new low fare. According to a July 30 article in the Honolulu Star Bulletin, Hawaiian Airlines and Aloha Airlines will match the $29 fare.
