Every Saturday night, the Honolulu Zoo in Waikiki offers a two hour twilight tour from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Visitors carry flashlights covered with red cellophane and they are asked to be very quiet, to avoid disturbing the animals. Tickets should be purchased in advance at the zoo box office and they cost $12 per adult and $8 per child. Families are welcome but children should be age 4 or older. For more information see the 2005 Star Bulletin Article or call 808-926-3191.
