Mulligan's Pub in Wailea, Maui is having an all day St. Patrick's Day festival with live music and food tents. Mulligans at the Wharf in Lahaina, Maui is having a grand opening block party with food and live music. Both Mulligan's parties will have best hat and best leprechaun contests.
