Honolulu City Lights Begin This Weekend
Honolulu will be lit up for the holidays from December 3, 2005 through January 1, 2006, and the lighting ceremony will be on Saturday, December 3. There will be a church service at the Kawaiahao Church at 5 pm, a tree lighting ceremony at 6 pm, and an Electric Light Parade at 6:30 that will travel down King Street from Aala Park to Honolulu Hale. The evening will end with a holiday concert at Sky Gate, featuring Yvonne Elliman, Raiatea Helm, the Hawaii Stars All-Stars, and many more top performers.
