The 3rd annual Pastel Artists of Hawaii Exhibition will take place October 30 through November 24, 2006 in the lobby of the Pauahi Tower at 1001 Bishop Street in Downtown Honolulu. The Pastel Artists of Hawaii is a non-profit society founded in 2001 to advance the appreciation of soft pastels as a serious medium and to promote Hawaii's finest pastel artists. The pastel on the left is "The Chanter" by Kathleen Yokouchi, the Best-in-Show winner at the 2005 exhibition.
