There are several aquariums on the island of Oahu including the University of Hawaii's Waikiki Aquarium, the walk-through aquarium at the Duty Free Shop Galleria, the 280,000 gallon Oceanarium at the Pacific Beach Hotel, and the Hawaiian Reef Aquarium at Sea Life Park, where visitors can wear underwater breathing apparatus and walk on the bottom of the tank.
