The Taco Del Mar Mexican fast-food cafe is expanding to Hawaii. Ken Nascimento, owner of several Subway shops in Hawaii, was recently signed as the Taco Del Mar master developer for the Hawaiian Islands. His first three Taco Del Mar restaurants will be in Kunia, Kapolei, and Waipio, and he is planning to open 40 more locations in Hawaii and other parts of the Pacific. Taco Del Mar was launched in Seattle Washington in 1992 and its menu features Baja style burritos and fish tacos.
