The government of the Philippines has invited all Filipino artists age 18 and above to participate in a competition to paint a mural depicting "100 years of Filipino Legacy in Hawaii". The winning 8-1/2 by 12 foot mural will be permanently displayed at the Filipino Community Center in Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii.
