Miami developer Crescent Heights is planning to build a 7.8 acre oceanfront condominium resort on one of the Ko Olina Lagoons at the Ko Olina Resort, which is located on the south shore of Oahu, west of Pearl Harbor. The new 16 story resort condo hotel will have 400 to 500 units and it will be located next to the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Hotel time share units. Owners of the new condomminium units would have the option of living in their studio, 1 bedroom,and 2 bedroom units or renting them as hotel rooms. Crescent Heights is in discussions with developer Donald Trump to operate the new hotel under one of his brands. Construction is expected to be completed in 2008.
