Diamond Head Road, near Waikiki on Oahu, has been closed or reduced to one lane since heavy rains caused a rockslide on March 31. The exterior slope of Diamond Head Crater was cleared last week, and contractors have spent the last nine days clearing the road and re-installing guard rails. The repairs are now complete and Diamond Head Road is open again.
