Manana Island off of Windward Oahu
Manana Island is a small islet located off the eastern Windward shore of Oahu, between Makapuu Point and Waimanalo. It was once used for farming rabbits but today it is a Hawaii state seabird sanctuary that is home to thousands of birds, including Wedge-Tailed Shearwaters, Sooty Terns, Brown Noddys, Bulwers Petrels, and Red-Tailed Tropic Birds.
