Lei Day is Every May 1st in Hawaii
May 1st is Lei Day in Hawaii and on that day, almost everybody in Hawaii wears a flower lei, from little kids in school to executives at Hawaii's top corporations. 2009 Lei Day events and Lei Day Weekend events in Hawaii include a Waikiki Lei Day Festival in Kapiolani Park, a John Cruz concert at the Hawaii State Art Museum, The annual Brothers Cazimero Lei Day Concert at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, the Kauai Museum Lei Day Festival, the Lanai School Lei Day Concert, and many more.
