The Honolulu Advertiser Newspaper is taking pre-orders for their new cookbook entitled "The Island Plate". The cookbook will be released in the fall of 2006, with a retail price of $19.99, but it can be pre-ordered now for $14.99. The book is being published as part of the newspaper's celebration of its 150 year anniversary, and it will include recipes and food articles published by Honolulu Advertiser reporters and food editors since the newspaper was founded.
