The winner of the 2008 Grammy Award for Best Hawaiian Music Album released between October 1, 2006 and September 30, 2007 was announced today during an awards ceremony at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The winner of the 2008 Hawaiian Music Grammy Award was the album "Treasures of Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar", produced by Daniel Ho, George Kahumoku Jr, Paul Konwiser and Wayne Wong.
