The shrimp is fresh and unshelled, and a variety of different sauces are available, including garlic, lemon butter, soy, sweet and spicy, hot and spicy, and others. Shrimp plates include two scoops of rice and sometimes they are also served with macaroni salad, green salad, a sweet potato chunk, a lemon slice, or a pineapple slice.
